Erica Brittin

Erica joined our team in October of 2023.  She has 5 years of Real Estate experience, 2 years as an Admin handling pending transactions, plus 3 years as a licensed Broker.

Erica has worked for multiple businesses in Springfield.  She has almost 5 years as an office manager, 3 years of managing The Corner Pub & Grill and approximately 12 + in the restaurant business in total.  

Thanks to knowledge, experiences, and the ability to meet people daily, she has excelled in the real estate business.

Erica grew up in Springfield, IL and graduated from Pleasant Plains High School in 2006.  She now resided in Athens, IL with her husband Lee, two children, Kinsley & Levi and their boxer dogs, Carl & Duke.
